How can I get my dispute into mediation?

• Call EOMC. The center director will help you decide whether your dispute is right for mediation.

• An assigned mediator will contact you and the other party. If everyone agrees to participate, a mediation session will be scheduled.

• During mediation, all parties will tell their side of the story. The mediator will identify the issues creating the conflict and brainstorm options for resolution.

• An agreement is signed only when all parties agree on the solution.
